Eric has been with R.L. Brown Construction since 2007. He enjoys solving complicated building problems, whether it be figuring out why an existing system isn't working, coming up with a plan to solve logistical problems, or working out the kinks in a design. Eric fills his time with an assortment of hobbies, including home improvement projects, guitar, beginner blacksmithing, sports, cooking, and lawn maintenance. "Does lawn maintenance count as a hobby?"

Dave joined the R.L. Brown Construction team in February of 2000. After over two decades, his favorite part of the job continues to be working with skilled team members and helping to problem-solve construction issues. Dave is a Bay Area native whose hobbies include ice hockey, mountain biking, observed trials riding, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, son and daughter.

Michael, an Estimator and Project Manager at R.L. Brown Construction, has been with the company since 2002. As a dedicated and easygoing coworker, father and friend, Michael is the perfect guy to have in the room when solving problems. If he's not on a job site, he's mountain biking or traveling with his daughter across the country to pursue her career in soccer.

At R.L. Brown Construction since 2018, Jason enjoys the challenges of the construction industry and seeing his clients' happiness as projects progress smoothly. Jason's career began when he was studying Architecture at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. About three-quarters of the way through his studies, he discovered his passion for construction and is still doing what he loves over 20 years later. When he's not managing an R.L. Brown Construction project, Jason is playing his guitar or chasing around his three kids and two dogs.

Tony joined R.L. Brown Construction as a carpenter in 1992. Now, over 30 years later, he is one of longest serving, hard-working, dedicated and loyal employees.
As a project manager, Tony ensures that projects run smoothly. He likes working on large projects with many moving parts that require a lot of detail and planning.
In his off-time, Tony enjoys playing softball with his son and relaxing, watching his favorite teams, the Oakland A's and the Miami Dolphins.

David enjoys solving everyday challenges on the jobsite, while creating out of the box solutions, sequence scheduling and relationship building.

In his spare time, David enjoys hiking with his Siberian Husky, cooking, snowboarding and fishing.

Christina is a licensed C.P.A. with over twenty years of experience in the accounting field. She likes helping businesses by alleviating the stress of accounting, so they can be more successful. Christina is married and has three children. When not at work, she spends time at church, reads, goes on walks with her family, and gets together with friends.

Nicole has been with R.L. Brown Construction since 2024. Working as a Project Administrator, she likes to focus on accuracy, efficiency, organization and helping everyone in the office. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and family, relaxing on their boat, cooking, and watching Giants baseball.

Eryn joined R.L. Brown Construction to assist with marketing and business development. Her previous careers in sales and service, and in construction support, are enhanced by marketing and development experience in the cultural sector, where she originally landed due to her love for travel and the arts. She has shared her enjoyment of these cultural experiences, along with theater and spectator sports, the outdoors, and volunteering, with her three children, spouse, and their Italian Greyhounds. Eryn embraces a belief in marketing and branding as integral to stellar customer service.
