We have a diverse resume of projects, from simple structures to state of the art facilities, in both the private and public sectors.  Below are some of our larger projects.


Private Residence Repairs - Santa Rosa

This project involves the complete removal and replacement of interior and exterior finishes, roofing replacement, exterior decks repairs, MEP repairs, and sitework repairs.

Private Residence Sitework - Alamo

This project involves the construction of new retaining walls, paver patios, a gas fire pit, stone faced stairs, an existing roof overhang extension, and a loggia to cover an existing outdoor kitchen area.

Current Contract Value = $466,730

Scheduled Completion = July 2019


Addison & 9th Walkway Repairs

This project involves the removal and replacement of exterior elevated walkways on mirror image condominium buildings.  Unit egress must be maintained at all times.

Current Contract Value = $325,156

Sparks Nevada Roof Retrofits

This project involves the seismic retrofitting of warehouse roof structures in four separate buildings.  All work must be done in a manner that minimizes impacts to the existing tenants.  All work is being done from below the roof structure off of lifts.

Scheduled Completion = July 2019


NBC Packaging Office

This project involves building a new 2,500 sf office space inside an existing warehouse facility.  It also involves installation of exterior doors and windows, warehouse dock stairs, and emergency egress lighting

Current Contract Value = $418,094

Scheduled Completion = August 2019


Northstar Village Misc. Podium & Bldg. Repairs

This project involves the replacement of siding and windows on two residential buildings, as well as a partial podium slab waterproofing repair.  The podium waterproofing repair involves removing the existing paver system and dirt fill down to the concrete podium top, preparing the podium top for a new waterproofing membrane, installation of a new waterproofing membrane, compaction of new dirt fill, and a new paver system.  The project is phased, and is being completed over the 2018 and 2019 summer seasons.

50 Lansing HOA Misc. Building Repairs

This project involves window and sliding glass door reflashing, stucco crack repair and recoating, replacement of EPS parapet caps with GSM parapet caps, replacement of rooftop plumbing equipment and interior water lines, and wall-to-deck reflashing at terraces.

Current Contract Value = $2,200,051

Scheduled Completion = February 2020
